No. Even though I am trained as a psychotherapist, I will not be providing therapy in our coaching sessions. In general terms, coaching focuses on the present and your future goals, and therapy focuses on addressing the past
More specifically though, as a coach, I will NOT be assessing, diagnosing, or treating clients for mental health issues such as depression.

If I feel that you may be better suited for therapy, I will inform you based on what I observe in session, and point you in the right direction to find a suitable therapist.

I require 24 notice for cancellation. If I receive notice within 24 hours, I must charge you for the session.

I primarily see clients virtually; however, I do have limited in person availability in my office in Beverly Hills for an additional fee.
